OUR PASTOR
Abraham Oluwatosin Adeyemi believe the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation and baptized when he was at age 16 years while attending Berean Independent Baptist church, Ogbomosho, Oyo State, Nigeria. The Lord put the desire to serve Him full time when he was 16 years while serving the Lord faithfully in his local church.
He traveled to Ghana for his training at Hyles Anderson College of West Africa, Kumasi, Ghana. And He served in many departments while he was a student there namely; Bus ministry, Single Adults ministry, Children ministry, and Soul Winning. He graduated from the Hyles Anderson College of West Africa in 2011 with Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Theology as a valedictorian for 2011 academic class.
He came back to Nigeria the same year and began serving the Lord in his home church. He serves as Pastor working with different departments at Berean Independent Baptist since 2011 right after his graduation from Bible College in Ghana.
In April 2013, he had the opportunity to travel to Liberia and Sierra Leone for a two weeks missions’ trip where He saw many souls saved through open air evangelism, school ministry, and one on one preaching, and also in that trip he taught the members of Prayer Baptist Church on how to win souls for Christ. Since the trip, the Lord began to work in his heart to challenge, encourage, and provoke many young people to see the need for missions.
In 2017, he had opportunity to visit United States for six months, and he was able to preach in about 60 Baptist churches in about 16 states.
